With Mexican cuisine being part of the Cinco de Mayo traditions, Casa Mexicana, is helping families create a fun and easy Cinco de Mayo! Casa Mexicana features all-natural ingredients, no additives, and no MSG. Their tagline is “Authentic Mexican Made Easy” which is very true with their easy to prepare seasoning mixes.
“I grew up in Mexico, and wanted to bring the incredible smells and tastes of my family’s kitchen to the US. Our seasonings allow families to prepare what would be a complex meal in just minutes, leaving more time to spend with our kids for festive and fun moments,” said Roni Goldberg, founder of Casa Mexicana and father of twin toddlers.
Chicken Chipotle Tacos (Tinga) – This traditional dish from Puebla, where it is locally known as “tinga”, is spicy and infused with chipotle’s smoky flavor.

Fish Tacos – This mix re-creates the traditional and delicious recipe of fish tacos from Acapulco, “pescado a la talla”, with hints of smoky chipotle chilies, paprika, coriander and garlic.
