Hi everyone, my name is Shivaulie Feliciano. I have to say right off the bat, I am super excited to be a contributor on Mami of Multiples! So grateful for this opportunity and looking forward in making a real connection with the readers.
Here’s some background on me–I’ve been married for 16 ½ years and we have three beautiful girls (8,4,1) I am originally from Guyana—that’s in South America and I moved to Northern Virginia when I was 10. So while I pretty much was raised here in the States, I still do pride myself in being both Guyanese and American which I find shows in my cooking and parenting style.
You can pretty much find my family and me fishing, going to the beach, going on long drives to check out new places, and our all-time favorite–DISNEY! We are Disney fanatics for sure! We love the parks, we love the restaurants, we love the downtown area, we just love Disney!
I have always had a passion for writing and I started blogging just last year February when my husband and I decided we were going to head into ministry and we moved to Saint Petersburg, Florida. This was a way that I could share our ups and downs in our everyday life. It is my true desire that my writings bring the reader encouragement, joy and inspiration all the while gaining a new sense of hope and faith in the Lord.
I look forward to this great partnership with Mami of Multiples and I hope that you will enjoy my thoughts on parenting, motherhood, faith, and other family-friendly topics.

I had a classmate in elementary school who was originally from Guyana and she always had to correct people who thought she was from Ghana in Africa. 🙂 You have a great looking multicultural family. Congrats on the new gig!
