As the new year approaches, we start thinking about new year resolutions, goals we want to accomplish, and areas we want to focus on. In this last year and half, monumental and life changing events have occurred personally to me. My beloved and amazing parents graduated to the heavenly realms in January 2019 and September 2020. I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in September 2019. Life does not stop in the midst of grief or turmoil. Our responsibilities as a caregiver to a special needs child, mother, wife, church duties, work, etc., continue on their journey. As I prayed throughout this year and now focusing on 2021, I pray for peace, grace, and wisdom in every area of my life. I pray for God’s purpose over me to continue to be revealed and fulfilled. As we enter the new year, I’m asking God for one word for 2021 that will help me to remain focused and steadfast in His will.
I’m so pleased to be able share my one word for 2021, alongside a dynamic group of special needs parents, who will be sharing their one word for 2021 that God has placed in their hearts. Hosted by Sandra Peoples, this online conference is designed for special needs moms to help encourage and inspire moms to pick one word for 2021, pray, and watch what God can do!
