Thinking of Mardi Gras in New Orleans conjures up thoughts from spicy Cajun food to lighted floats with colorful beads. Universal Studios is bringing back some of Mardi Gras fun with their Universal Orlando Resort’s Mardi Gras 2012 celebration.
